There are many volunteer opportunities for Walk & Bike Month!

Circle Boulder by Bicycle Ride (Sunday, June 3rd): To help with registration and food at this event, contact Melinda Gillespie or Annie Noble, for more information.

To help mark the route during the weeks before the ride, contact Ann Haebig.

Community Cycles Rolling Bike Clinics (Sundays in June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and throughout the summer): Rolling Bike Clinics (RBCs) are bicycle-powered mobile bike shops designed to fix broken bikes in Boulder's low and medium-income neighborhoods.

Volunteers bike mechanics load our large capacity bike trailers with all the tools and parts needed for a mobile bike shop, then ride into a neighborhood, set up shop, and fix bikes for the day.

For the Walk & Bike Month RBCs in June, there will also be Bike Rodeos for kids offered at each RBC.

Volunteers are needed to help with the kids' rodeos and to do bike repair. Contact Brett Schager for more information.

Farmer's Market (All Wednesdays and first three Saturdays in June): Help hand out Walk & Bike Month information and prizes at the Walk & Bike Month/Community Cycles Farmer's Market Table. Shifts are 2 to 3 hours long. Contact Sue Prant for more information.

Bike to Work Day Breakfast Stations (Wednesday, June 27th): We need people to survey and count bicyclists at breakfast stations on Bike to Work Day, from 6 to 9 a.m. Contact Brett Schager for more information.

Volunteers Needed for Clips of Faith on June 29th

The Clips of Faith film and beer festival is sponsored by New Belgium Brewing Co. and travels to various cities. In Boulder, it's a fundraiser for Community Cycles and was wildly successful last year.  We will need at least 63 volunteers to help with this year's event. We have lots of positions, from beer servers to valet bike parking. Job descriptions and info will be on the website soon, but you can sign up for any shift, now.
