Volunteer Story: Meet Jennifer Cornell

BikeNonProfitNews

We like to periodically recognize a stellar volunteer. Jennifer is one of them!

“I first discovered Community Cycles when I was in need of a bike. I built a beautiful small bicycle a few years ago. I loved my bike, but because I have residuals from several previous injuries, I could not maintain my balance on two wheels. I gave up my bike after falling over in traffic and fearing for my life. The flood of 2012 caused much trouble, but I found myself inheriting a tricycle, which saved my life! Community Cycles has enabled me to maintain, repair, even replace my original tricycle. Community Cycles has given me the know-how, confidence and comfort to make my tricycle my first mode of transit!”
