Clark Rider, Board Member

BikeNonProfitBoard

With that last name , it’s no wonder Clark ended up in the cycling community. A Boulder native, Clark returned home in 2014 after almost twenty years in the Pacific Northwest, including a stint managing the sustainability program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle. Currently the Sustainable Transportation Coordinator for CU Boulder, he supports the University’s transportation demand management efforts.

As a daily bike commuter, bike racer, occasional driver, father of two, and longtime Boulder residents, Clark sees the importance of a strong organization like Community Cycles advocating for safer streets and a stronger bicycle and sustainable transportation community. He’s glad to be able to put his skills to use for that mission.
