Gender Equality Mechanic (GEM)

GEM Night

GEM stands for GENDER EQUALITY MECHANIC. GEM night is open to individuals who identify as women, trans*, femme, genderqueer, and gender-nonconforming.

During this open shop time, participants will have the opportunity to use the workshop at Community Cycles to work on their own bikes or volunteer to work on one of the shop’s projects with the support of GEM-identifying staff and volunteers. Come hang out with us in this supportive, cooperative learning environment.

This workshop runs the last Monday of each month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
