Sunday Funday Ride Photos: The B360: Circle Boulder by Bicycle

BikeNonProfitNews

This last Sunday over 200 Boulderites took to the bike paths for a family friendly ride throughout the city on the B360 or B180.

After the ride, we enjoyed an Ice Cream Social from Ben & Jerry’s and test ride an ebike, courtesy of Tom’s Small Planet Bikes.

Memorable quotes:

“I just moved here and this was a fun way to get to know the city better.”

“You won’t believe this, but I’ve been bike commuting for a year and riding the B360 showed me a shortcut that will shave 10 minutes from my commute and I don’t have to be on a busy street!”

“We look forward to this every year. We really missed not riding last year.”

“I wish this was permanently marked, like the Bolder Boulder.” (See below for maps you can access year round.)

In case you missed it, you can still ride the route, anytime! You’ll see Boulder from the best seat in the world – a bike seat. Boulder offers over 300 miles of bike routes, paths, and lanes. Here’s a chance to check out some new views on the B360 or B180!

The B-360 is a 24-mile loop and the B-180 is a 12-mile loop.

Here’s how to find the route: Download the Ride Spot app on your phone (download for Android / iPhone) for a step-by-step route map. Search for the B360/B180 under the ‘Social Feed’ menu item, search for Community Cycles and then select the ‘Classics’ tab.
