A major focus on the Community Cyles Advocacy Committee is to monitor, comment on, and support the Boulder Transportation Master Plan (TMP) Action Plan . We encourage all Boulder cyclists to be familiar with this plan, which will guide Boulder’s annual work programs and budgeting to bring the various policies and concepts identified in the updated TMP to life.
