Bike Repair and Safety Skills Classes – In Your Neighborhood or at Your Workplace!

BikeNonProfitNews

Community Cycles won a grant from the Regional Air Quality Commission to help more people choose to commute by bicycle.

We need your help to put these grant dollars to work, in both the city and county of Boulder.

We are looking for neighborhoods and businesses interested in hosting classes in basic bike repair and safe cycling skills. These can take place in a community room, clubhouse, or a neighbor’s home or front yard. Classes are also open to businesses as a “Lunch and Learn” program.

If you would like to us to come to you and offer FREE classes, please contact Aidan at aidanj@communitycycles.org.

If you’d like to encourage bicycling in your neighborhood, you can become a Neighborhood Bike Ambassador and help us with any or all of these activities: Find locations where we can hold classes; spread the word about the classes in your neighborhood; participate in classes; identify best routes to schools, shopping, errands, and work commutes in and around your neighborhood; and join social rides.

Can you help us out? contact Aidan aidanj@communitycycles.org or take this quick survey to let us know how you can help.
