Nothing is better than seeing a kid get her first bike!
…Unless it’s giving a bike to a low-income child and family.
Make a donation today to gift bikes to low-income kids in Boulder this holiday season through Community Cycles’ annual Kids Holiday Bike Giveaway. The Kids Holiday Bike Giveaway is Community Cycles’ oldest ongoing event, now in its 15th year!
Our Bike Giveaway is a community event from beginning to end. Throughout the year, Community Cycles takes in hundreds of kids’ bikes from community donations. During the fall season, volunteer mechanics donate their time preparing bikes for the December event. A hundred volunteers and staff come together on the day of the event to distribute 300+ bikes, seeking to make access to bicycles equitable throughout our community. That’s a whole lot of smiles!
Bike Giveaway Dates:
Postponed until April 2021.
Because of COVID-19, you’ll make an appointment for a specific time for your family on one of the above days.
