Change is Rolling In – A New Customer Portal is Coming to Community Cycles

sandee@communitycycles.orgNews

Community Cycles is excited to announce the launch of our new Customer Portal on September 30, 2025! We thank you for your patience as we transition to our system. If you have are unable to access what you need, please email us for assistance.

This portal was designed with you in mind—bringing everything Community Cycles into one easy-to-access place.

Good news: if you’ve already signed up for DIY shop time, a volunteer shift, or a workshop in the old system, all of that information will automatically transfer to your new account.

How Does the New Portal Work?

With the new portal, you’ll have a simple and convenient way to log in and:

  • Sign up for a membership or manage your membership
  • Track and sign up for DIY shop time
  • View and schedule your volunteer shifts
  • Register for workshops and events (If you are a member, log in for your discount)
  • Donate or see your full history of activities and donations in one easy place

Prefer not to create a login? No problem—you’ll still be able to register for workshops, or make a donation without one. That said, creating your login unlocks the full experience—everything in one place, with your history, memberships, and activities at your fingertips. You can only to sign up for DIY shop time and also receive discounts on workshops if you’re logged in and your membership is current.

Our goal is simple: to give you a smoother, more convenient way to stay connected and engaged with Community Cycles—all in just a few clicks.

Here’s How to Start

Starting on your new log in is quick and easy—just four simple steps and you’ll have your login set up and ready to go. Once you’re in, you’ll be able to manage your membership, track donations and workshops, and keep everything Community Cycles–related right at your fingertips.

If you had an account in the old system, or you’re not sure:

  1. Click here: https://secure.communitycycles.org/login
  2. Click “Having trouble logging in” to enter your email address and connect to your account in the new system.

3. If that email address is found in our system, you’ll quickly receive an email with a link to set up your login and password to access the account you already have in our new system.

If that email address is NOT found, you may have used a different email address on your account. Try that one, or create a new account and we can link the two at a later time.

4. Once you Submit your new login name and password, you will automatically be re-directed to your Dashboard where you can manage your membership, sign up for a workshop like DIY, and more.
