Volunteer for the 12th annual Kids Holiday Bike Giveaway
It’s time to sign up to volunteer at the Kids Holiday Bike Giveaway! We welcome volunteers of all ages.
When: Sunday, December 17th
Where: at the old Wendy’s near Baseline and 27th
What: Shifts are 1 to 3 hours long, from 8am-3pm
Types of tasks available:

Set up

Registration

Bike Elves (greet and help families navigate through bike matching and helmet fitting)

Bike mechanic (final safety check and adjustments)

Helmet and/or light fitting

Pick up and/or manage snacks and lunch

Parking Management

Why do we do this? We think every child in our community should have a bicycle. For the freedom and doors of opportunity it opens, the healthy outdoor exercise, and for the joy of riding a bicycle.
